Bookings

A deposit of 20% of the total payment is required when booking your stay.

Balance

Due eight weeks before arrival. If a booking is made less than eight weeks prior to your arrival full payment will be required. A £200.00 security deposit will be added to your balance to cover any damage or excessive cleaning, this will be returned promptly & we will not make any deductions for any small accidental breakages.

Cancellations.

On cancellation payments received are non-refundable, we recommend guests consider taking out cancellation cover, one is offered on the booking admin page.

Arrivals & Departure

House will be available from 4pm and until 10am on the day of departure.

Pets by arrangement

No Smoking inside the House.

Sorry not suitable for Parties.

No groups predominantly under 21 years of age.

Please note the house is three story and although there are outside seating areas to the front and in the rear courtyard at ground level. The patio area and rear garden can only be accessed from quite steep steps from the front of the house or a rear access from the second floor.
